Shantum Seth—Reflection/exercise: Shifting meditation positions, more

Shantum Seth is a Dharma teacher in the lineage of Thich Nhat Hanh. He teaches across the world, and has been leading “In the Footsteps of the Buddha” pilgrimages and other transformative journeys in India and other parts of Asia since 1988, including for Lion’s Roar (www.buddhapath.com). Shantum is actively involved in many social, environmental, and educational programs, including cultivating mindfulness among educators, the police, and within the corporate sector. He is currently helping to establish a mindfulness practice center in the Indian Himalayan foothills, a project pioneered by the non-profit trust Ahimsa, of which he is one of the founders (www.ahimsatrust.org).
