Meet Impermanence with Wisdom, Love, and Clarity

There’s no single right way to die—each journey is unique. And yet, we can learn how not to die in fear, regret, or disconnection. When we soften our hold on life and bring awareness to our impermanence, we open our hearts to live more fully now, and to meet our time with greater ease when it comes.

"How Not to Die" is taught by meditation teacher and psychotherapist Trudy Goodman, who shares profound Buddhist teachings and meditations on impermanence, awareness, and freedom from attachment—grounded in her own recent near-death experience. Also, death doula Dawn Carson guides you through practical steps to clarify your wishes, support your loved ones, and ensure your values and choices are honored.

This careful integration of spiritual insight and practical preparation empowers you to face the end-of-life transitions with openness and care. You’ll discover how confronting impermanence with awareness can transform the way you live—turning death from something to fear into a doorway to wisdom, love, and peace.
