Trudy Goodman is a pioneering mindfulness teacher and the founding teacher of InsightLA, one of the most respected mindfulness centers in the United States. With decades of experience, Trudy blends deep wisdom with a compassionate approach to guide students in cultivating mindfulness, insight, and emotional healing.

Jack Kornfield

Jack Kornfield is one of the most influential mindfulness teachers in the West, co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society and Spirit Rock Meditation Center. With a background in Buddhist psychology and mindfulness, Jack has authored numerous best-selling books and is renowned for making ancient teachings accessible and relevant to modern life.

Diana Winston

Diana Winston is the Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center and the author of several key books on mindfulness. Diana is recognized for her clear, practical approach to teaching mindfulness meditation, making it accessible to people from all walks of life.

Rick Hanson

Sharon Suh
