An Embodied Path of Compassion and Essential Self-Esteem

Tara, a female Buddha of compassion in Tibetan Buddhism, invites us to see everything in our experience as part of the path. Uncertainty, fear, anger, courage, love—each can be a doorway to deeper awakening.

This course invites you into a living relationship with this understanding. Chandra Easton introduces the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tara in a clear and accessible way, guiding new and experienced practitioners alike toward the recognition and embodiment of awareness as courage, compassion, clarity, and steadiness.

Through meditation, mantra, visualization, and reflection, you’ll explore Tara practice as a mirror for recognizing your own awakened capacities by working through the body, breath, voice, imagination, and awareness.

Learn Tara practice in a grounded, experiential way, and discover a source of healing wisdom you can return to again and again.

Meet your teacher Chandra Easton and learn how Tara practice will help you befriend yourself, awaken inner wisdom, and build confidence.
