Welcome to Get Started With Buddhist Meditation, presented by Lion's Roar and hosted by meditation teacher and New York Times bestselling author Susan Piver. Here you'll learn the basics of how to do shamatha, or mindfulness meditation — the foundation of Buddhist meditation.
