Taking Refuge in Your Body

Self-care for your body and mind with Cyndi Lee

Renew your spirit with movement, breathwork, and meditation.

In the busyness of everyday life, it can seem like there’s no time for self-care. When we make time for mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we bridge the gap between mind and body and encourage personal growth.

Meet meditation teacher and yoga pioneer Cyndi Lee, as she explains why this course is for you:

Make self-care an intentional part of your everyday life.
